There's not really much I can say about this, because I don't think there's much of substance worth talking about.
The Adventure Time-ish style has been done to death and, to my opinion, is getting annoying. Also, if you're trying to prescribe "deep meaning" (as you said in the description), please make sure that you actually know what you're talking about, otherwise your work can come off as very pretentious.

With that aside, I hope you'll do better down the road. Wish you luck!

To be completely honest, I can't tell if you're trying to be ironic with this or trying to make some PC "transvestite" statement.
Don't get me wrong, I had high hopes (and that last part was funny), but this short isn't just confusing (no tie-in intended) but comes off as kinda pretentious.
