Strange Tim Burton-esque enviornment, but I can tell you've put some thought into this painting.

Wow, if I had the same digital tools as you used in this, I'd be experimenting with that texture all day.

It's not really a specific texture as its one of the default brushes in manga studio, plus you could get the software for quite cheap
